    Congrats on being the Client's choice among the potential providers recommended by Boober's Care team.  If they are ready to hire you, they can directly book you from their dashboard. Then, you can confirm the booking and invoice the customer. Alternatively, you can reach out to Boober's Care team and they can assign you to the booking, then, you can confirm the booking and invoice the customer.

    This in depth step by step guide illustrates how a clients books their birth doula from their dashboard, and then how you as a doula confirms the booking and invoice the customer.


    Client selects a doula:

    1. Clients navigate to the list of Providers using "View Potential Providers" button in their dashboard at https://app.getboober.com/customers/dashboard/
    2. From the list of Providers, the client can click on "Book Provider Name" on their card. For example, if the client wants to hire Julia as their doula, they have to select on "Book Julia"
    3. The client will get a confirmation screen to check if they are sure about making the step.
    4. When they hit "Yes!" from the above screen, they see a message to set their expectation about the next step.

    Doula confirms a booking:

    1. Once the client selected a doula from their profile, you will get notified via Email to submit the contract that you agreed on with the customer.

    2. When you click on "Upload Contract" from the Email you will reach the unconfirmed booking details page.
    3. Alternatively, the provider can reach the unconfirmed booking details page by selecting the client's booking card in "Unconfirmed Bookings" list.




    4. In the details page, you'll have "Upload Contract" button. 
       


    5. When you click on "Upload Contract", you get the contract details page, where you can upload your contract and confirm your pricing. Once all set, you click on "Submit" and that will notify your client that you confirmed and submitted the contract. They'll also get a link where they can make the payment for your booking.
