Doula Interview Instructions 

Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth video meeting experience with your provider.

Before the Interview

1. Get the Interview Link
   Once the interview time is confirmed, you will receive two notifications that contain the link to join the meeting: 
2. • 📧 Email 
   • 📱SMS
3. Ensure You Have a Good Setup
   We recommend joining from a computer, or a smartphone, but tablet is okay to use. Please make sure you have:
   • A stable internet connection
   • A working camera and microphone
   • A browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox

At the Time of Your Interview

1. Click the Interview Link
   Click the link provided in the SMS or Email
2. Grant Camera and Microphone Access
   When prompted by your browser, allow access to your camera and microphone so your provider can see and hear you.

Join on Time

Providers are scheduled for specific times. We recommend joining a few minutes early to troubleshoot any tech issues.

⚠️ Tips & Troubleshooting

• Refresh your browser if the screen doesn’t load.
• If audio/video isn’t working, check your browser settings to ensure permissions are enabled.
