Video Meeting Setup Instructions 


Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth video meeting experience with your client.

Before the Interview

  1. Get the Interview Link
    Once the interview time is confirmed, you will receive notifications with the link to join the meeting: 
    • 📧 Email notification 
    •  📱SMS notification 
    • 📲 Mobile-app notification 

  2. Ensure You Have a Good Setup
    We recommend joining from a computer, but smartphone, or tablet are okay to use. Please make sure you have:
    • A stable internet connection
    • A working camera and microphone
    • A browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox

 

At the Time of Your Interview

  1. Click the Meeting Link
    Click the link provided in the Interview Confirmed Email or SMS



  2. Grant Camera and Microphone Access
    When prompted by your browser, allow access to your camera and microphone so your client can see and hear you.

Turn your camera on. 

Please note: after granting access, your camera will be off by default. Make sure to turn it on.



Join on Time

Clients form an impression of your professionalism if you are on time. We recommend joining a few minutes early to troubleshoot any tech issues.


⚠️ Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Refresh your browser if the screen doesn’t load.
  • If audio/video isn’t working, check your browser settings to ensure permissions are enabled.
