Your Pelvic Floor : Exercise Class
This unique Pelvic Floor Exercise taught by expert Physical Therapist, Sneha Gazi, will teach pregnant or new birth parents how to coordinate, access, strengthen and relax their pelvic floor, deep core muscles, and diaphragm in basic movement patterns. This is a beginner level class.
Class builds on the knowledge gained from the workshop “Your Pelvic Floor: Pregnancy to Postpartum" which is recommended, but not required to take before the exercise class. No equipment is necessary other than a yoga/exercise mat. Please check with your doctor if you are cleared for exercise before participating.
