Clients Can Now Directly Schedule Interviews with You!
We’re excited to introduce a new feature that makes the interview process smoother and faster for both you and your potential clients! Clients can now directly schedule interviews based on your calendar availability — no back-and-forth required.
To make the most of this feature, here’s everything you need to know:
✅ How It Works
- When a client wants to book an interview, they’ll see available time slots from your connected calendar.
- They’ll choose a time that works for them, and you’ll be notified with the details.

You’ll have the option to:
- Confirm the interview,
- Need to reschedule, or
- Decline the interview if necessary.
🗓️ What You Need to Do
1. Keep Your Calendar Up to Date
Your availability is only as accurate as your calendar! Please:
- Block off personal or unavailable time.
- Regularly review and adjust your open slots for interviews.
- Include buffer time if needed between appointments.

2. Respond Promptly to Interview Requests
When a client books a slot:
- You’ll receive an email, SMS and a notification on the mobile app.
- It’s important to confirm/respond as soon as possible to keep the process moving.
3. Connect Your Calendar (If You Haven’t Already)
If your calendar isn't integrated yet:
- We recommend that you connect it ASAP
- You will still benefit from the new update but not as efficient as someone with a connected calendar
- We’ll collect availability from the client, and you’ll receive several time options to manually select a slot.
