Alicia is a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, DONA Certified Doula, and Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. She also has years of experience as a yoga therapist, specializing in pre and postnatal yoga. Alicia's work is greatly influenced by her studies in Body-Mind Centering ®.
