Stretch and Strength: Finding Your Core & Pelvic Floor, Pre and Postpartum – Live Online
Virtual, 1 hour, $25
In this class, you will have a chance to travel: Connect with breath as a tool for engaging and releasing our pelvic floor. Practice low impact strengthening exercises for the core and pelvic floor to promote stability and alignment. Do simple, effective stretches for the upper back, neck, and shoulders to alleviate everyday tension and stress from pregnancy and mothering.
