This Infant Safety & CPR for expectant parents or parents of babies up to age 1.
This class is a blend of lecture, demonstration and practice and will cover infant CPR protocols and techniques, plus relief of choking for ages 0-12 months.

Meet with a Lactation Professional to get professional lactation support and connect with other new parents in a group setting. Support groups are appropriate for basic and common lactation challenges or concerns including: assistance with latch and nursing positions, sore nipples, general understanding of milk supply, pumping, returning to work, etc. Sensitive scale available to check weight and milk transfer. Support groups are NOT appropriate for complex lactation or medical situations. These are best served by a personalized 1:1 home visit home visit.
